Is the inside of the battery case made of microfiber cloth material as to not scratch the back of the iPhone? Or is it just plastic material?

Plastic material. I’ve taken my phone out. Few times and no scratches from what I can tell.

What is the charging times for this? 0-50% or 0-100%

I wish I could answer, but I don’t know. I haven’t had to charge the iPhone 12 Pro Max from the battery case yet. I did have a problem charging wirelessly the first day. It charged for about 30 seconds and stopped. I tried six times and received the same result each time. The next day I tried again, and I positioned the phone in several different positions on both sides of the wireless charging device, which I purchased from Apple. After eight tries, I was finally able to charge the phone wirelessly with the battery case on the phone. I may have to update this answer based on what happens tonight and subsequent future days.

How long does the battery mah6000 last?

It easily doubles my iPhone 12 battery life, if not more.

How do you contact for warranty help on charging case? My case battery is bubbling up

Product arrived clearly used - no protective folium, dusty and scratched

Poor design ; No impact protection for the case itself

Product is purchased for my iPhone 12 mini which is having poor battery backup.In fact thought this product will add some protection too.But in one month of usage( after 02 1/2 months of purchase) a hair line crack appeared at the back side of case.The plastic at that area is very fragile and can easily get damage in regular use. Not worth the money due to poor design.
