When i cut it into pieces, how would i make sure that it doesn't tear from where i cut it? how do i do the locking of the cut piece?

Stiching with needle is an option. However, the cloth is fabricated in such a way that it doesn't tear off easily.

What's the width size, usually comes in a, b, c, d, e, f sizes right?

It's quite stretchable sleeve, may be that's why the width size is not mentioned. The size is universal and it fits well for the physique of 40 kgs to 80 Kgs easily as i have seen.
