This mink oil paste is an exceptional product for maintaining and breaking in leather goods. I’ve used it to break in my baseball gloves, and it’s made the stiff leather much more flexible and game-ready. I simply apply a thin coat to the glove, with a slightly heavier layer particularly focused on the pocket, and then work it in by pounding with a mallet. This process softens the leather, making it easier to mold and shape. I also use Ariat Mink Oil to condition my boots after cleaning them. Works great for western and work boots. It does a great job of restoring the leather’s suppleness, enhancing comfort, and providing protection from the elements like rain and snow. The mink oil acts as a natural conditioner, softening the leather and improving its longevity by preventing cracking and drying out. It’s a versatile and effective product for anyone looking to maintain their leather goods, whether for sports gear or footwear.

This works incredibly well to make well used work boots look new again. I would recommend! I included a before and after for reference

Very easy to apply and does not take much, keep in mind this an oil so the leather you apply it to will change the color of you leather. It buffs nice and lays even. Applied mine on to my boots and after they dried they looked good and were water proof.
