The product arrived and was installed by the technician. It stopped working within 10mims of use. Then one has to go over several hoops to get a technician to come fix it. Such a waste of money.

Easy to install, company offers installation but I did it myself, clear instructions are given. Quality is good for home use.

Good product overall, sturdy built, easy storage, pretty good user interface, would definitely recommend. Customer service is quite prompt. Overall quite satisfied with the experience.

Easy assembly, Correct reach, nice workout. Many machines have handle mostly in line with pedals, which stops your reach. This machine is ergonomically well designed, very close to the actual rowing motion. The resistance is a bit low, but it's good for zone2 training. It doesn't have a bluetooth connectivity, but I track the workout on my watch with a polar heartstrap. So the workout metrics are independent. Overall a very good machine at this price. Workout quality - good Design - very good Value for money. Build quality very good, sturdy. Appreciate. Thank you.

Had to exchange it 3 times. They are Cooperative but the product is not great. We gave up on the third time. If you have money. Please buy a better brand.

I ordered the product because the build looked good and the delivery timeline was also faster for my location (Delhi) than other suppliers. Price was more or less on par with other similar products. Glad that I made the purchase. Strong build quality capable of supporting heavy builds, smooth operation, quality materials used. Happy to recommend this product.

Fantastic product, it's still working. I use it everyday. Booked for installation, installed within 2 days. Good service. Rowing machine screen is not like on the picture.

Very very bad materials.. The screws are rusty.. The attached batteries are rusty.. The screen does not work well.. so cheap quality .. I am so disappointed .. Amazon shouldn’t sell this product..
