The remote stopped work after 4 months, and they won’t replace it, they told me to get a universal one with the small reimbursement money they sent me.Very unprofessional.Fan is ok; however could be more powerful( I’m in a very hot country)

Nice air low not too much

The fan is quality in appearance. It functions just as expected. The highest speed doesn't give too much noise to disturb a peaceful sleep. The lowest speed is almost literally noise free. The fan mimicks air conditioners. It cools the room to the extend of making the room uncomfortably cold.

It was under expectation about making noise.From day one it makes loud voice during oscillation. And after using for 2 or 3 months voice become loud also even if not oscillating.

The fan is great. Quiet and efficient with multiple options and rotating fan.Problem is 1 year and 3 months later my fan completely died. There is no power on the fan and unfortunately the warranty has finished. Pity because it's a great product. Trying to get some repair advice. Will see how good customer service is and report back.Report back: from Probreeze is that if it's out of warranty you will have to fix it yourself if it stops working, as they do not help you after that.
