How to steep brown rice tea1. Boil 8 cups of water. When the water boils, turn off the stove and add roasted brown rice. 2. After 5 minutes, strain brown rice. 3. Boil another 8 cups of water and add the sifted brown rice from step 2. 4. Mix the first and second steep.
