has everything you need! very well packaged, excellent purchase!

Though it says this is a complete kit it is not. Doesn't include the sanitizer, potassium metabisulfite (campden tablets). Which is a disappointment when it says it's a complete kit, now we have to wait for the other item to ship in order to use the kit. Otherwise the items are good quality, sturdy and look like we will use them multiple times. I think it's a bad move on the manufacturers part to avoid including one small packet of sanitizer in a $216 kit.

Carboy and rest of material were as described.

The lid is chipping and causing pieces to get in our wine. Also broken testing jar.

We made 4 gallons of dry Concord Grape wine with the kit. Our neighbor has a vineyard and makes small batches of wine for other growers, so we gave the 6 gallon carboy to him. I bought 4 1-gallon carboys which were easier to maneuver. Looking forward to tasting our creation in a few months!
