Drink this post workout and DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is a thing of the past. It has your joint support,protein, carbs, aminos, creatine, and of course a little sugar to raise your insulin levels post workout.It is a higher end product so it does have a higher price tag. The price per serving is a little over $2.10 and one serving is 2 scoops(80g) with15 servings in total. It gets me everything I need in one product so im sure it saves me some money. Will be using this one from here on out give it a shot. btw the pina colada flavors is nice, use 12 to 15oz and it tastes like a virgin Pina with less sugar.

No chalky flavor. Tastes good and I feel great afterwards

Light , easily digested and dissolves easily but the taste is whey in a bad way . It's not as thick as dark matter but dark matter tastes better . It does have a higher protein concentration (probably why it tastes like whey) and creatine . I wish it was one of those clear protein shakes . I ordered the berry flavor

This is an excellent product for your post work out needs. Also includes some joint support for those of you that like to lift heavy. I've been using Dark Matter for quite some time and it's a good product, but this is much better for the same price. I like the fact that you get more protein per serving. I bought the wild berry taste and the flavor works for me. For those that say it doesn't mix well... I say get a bottle with the blender ball and it blends perfectly fine. I've noticed my strength go up after 1 tub and my muscles feel fuller and harder throughout the day. However, I do take other supplements: Creatine Ethyl Esther, Multi-Vitamin, Fish oil, BCAAs, Adrenal Support, 200 grams of protein from Egg Whites and 200 carbs a day. I recommend this as a post workout product for it's convenience and potency during the critical 30 minute anabolic window following an intense work out. If you're not working out with intensity, then please dont expect a miracle in a bottle.

I am unable to enjoy my workout unless I know I get to drink After Shock immediately after. I honestly fell in love with this product. I take my post-workout nutrition very seriously. I honestly think this is the most important time to get proper nutrition, and what better time to get everything you need than when your body is at it's hungriest? I initially bought the Tropical Typhoon flavor, and I have not wanted to buy any other flavor since. It is delicious. It's 2 scoops with about 16 oz of water and it tastes amazing. You really feel good and you can tell your body feels good having it. I drink it right before I go into the shower after a workout and then I eat when i get home. There is a lot of back and forth over the Anabolic Window and when you should eat/ not eat post workout, but if you are looking for a post workout product that is absolutely amazing yet more affordable than most please look no further. I will continue buying this product until they stop selling it. I honestly don't want to workout unless I have this, and I always have it. It's a treat, a functional shake, and everything you need post workout. Just read the back nutrition label and see what I'm talking about. Happy Lifting!

Love this protein, taste great, provides great recovery and muscle growth. It has been my go to lactose free protein option for years (10+ years). However over the years the prices just keeps going up and I'm at a point where I can't justify the cost when there are so many other options out there. $3 a serving, come on! Thank you for sharing a great relationship but it's time to move on. Get over yourself Myogenix, you're not worth that much.
