Excellent little dispenser
Easy to install using the supplied screws. I did not use the alternative stick on plastic fixings with badly translated instructions. I cannot imagine they would work at all to hold the unit on the wall for long with the added weight of the towels inside and also the pulling out of the towel adding further stress on the fixings. I would not recommend the sticky pads at all. As I say I used the supplied screws and fixed it firmly to the wall which is absolutely solid. The unit is sturdy enough and the white plastic is a nice bright white. I also thought the overall design looked great especially at the low cost. Looks really good on the wall. We are using it for our house church meetings. Lots of people passing through the house and it’s nice to have this as an option for drying hands rather than a hand towel that quickly becomes damp and unusable.

Good for home use
Bought them for busy Community Centre toilets but found they did not hold enough towels for our use. Easy to install looks good so should be ok for home use

Beautiful front and easy to get one paper towel at a time
It was easy to fix without the use of nails.The Z-ply paper towels come out nicely, one at a time and not tumbling out in bundles like some dispensers do.

Poor quality
We ordered 4 and the closing mechanism broke after one week we can’t find any customer service details to have them replaced

Love it...
Great value for money. I love it. Smaller than the others I brought which was bonus for me.I didn't know that the key stays in but that dosent bother me.It does feel a little flimsy when you are opening it to change the paper but you just have to be gentle. I highly recommend this product am very happy with my purchase and hope it lasts.
