Q: Does this product have a manufacturers warranty?

According to the book there is a one year limited warranty.

Q: I cannot find replacement pads for this model. Anyone have a link?

Genuine replacement pads are sold here on Amazon by SharkNinja. Search for: Shark Touch-Free Dirt Grip Washable Pad (XTP184). They are pretty expensive, considering they recommend replacement every 20 wash cycles. As far as I can tell, there are no off-brand replacements for the pad. There are pads that are similar, and may work, but they are for other models of Shark products.

Q: Is it meant for use with only water ? No soap of cleaner of any kind ? Do you need to soap the floor first ?

I use distilled water and add a little white vinegar. It helps to keep the lines clean and gives extra cleaning power to the steam.

Q: Does this not have a stand or a way to maintain upright?

For my steamer I have a big round hook shaped hanger, it’s perfect for the steamer, the extra head, keeps it handy ready to use. You can get these hanger/hooks BB&B or on Amazon. They hang from any rack-I have two in my utility/other closet for this. Use them to hang purses in my bedroom closet, they hold a lot.
