These are nice quick satisfying meal replacements that taste good, easy to carry, effective at keeping the hunger away for a few hours. Good enough ingredients if you don't mind milk based protein. The fiber is slight, but good enough to move the bowels. However, definitely drink one glass of water with each one of these to help your kidneys clear all the protein. Kidney stones are no fun and a simple glass of water with each will easily prevent any cloggage. Are these the best proteing drinks, nope, but if you're one step away from the food pantry line, these are fantastic budget savers. You simply can't beat the price!
