What size to purchase to cover the space for the car to sit on? My car is a 2018 Chrysler 300

The 8'x7' i bought covers under my engine compartment which catches an old slow oil leak great. I trying to fit under the entire car, google "the dimensional footprint of your Chrysler 300" car, adding in the year it was made. Then select the mat size that works for you. I could google that infomation for you, but tis good to learn to google.

Would this product work for the floor of a brick carport? it would sit outside and be exposed to the elements year round.

Yes, it will work for that purpose but we would highly recommend that you use double sided sticky tape to adhere the mat to the brick surface. This will ensure that the mat stays properly in place.
