Well, I didnt realise it was the leaves in capsules. I got it to help sleep as I had extract before and it helped. As far as I can tell these havent helped. Will buy an extract version not the leaves.

This is a product I keep repurchase. My family and I use it for relaxation. It relaxes you to level you out without making you fall asleep. If you take it at night you'll sleep well.

My sleep schedule had gotten off. I fell asleep around 6:00 and woke up near midnight. 6 hours is my average sleep, so I was wide awake, and I’d continue to be so sleepy at 6pm I couldn’t stay awake. Not the hours I wanted to keep. I decided to try to get back to sleep with my normal sleep supplements (L-theanine, GABA (which I was out of) ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan, melatonin, and “sleep aid” (diphenhydramine) which I knew probably wouldn’t do the trick. I’d just gotten my Passion flower so I added one for good luck. I woke up at 6:00! I’m so happy I’ve got myself back in order! I’ve been taking the rest to sleep for years, and it doesn’t work if I’m not sleepy. (I’m like a 2-year-old…I fight sleep) I’d resigned myself to being awake so I was streaming a boring show that will turn itself off if I don’t press “play next”. I didn’t even get through the first 30 minute show! I fell asleep and woke up so happy! I’m sincerely thrilled at how well this worked! I’m hoping I can cut the diphenhydramine, I’m hearing it may lead to Alzheimer’s…so there’s that. If I got to sleep after being wide awake in the middle of the night, I’m impressed! When I opened the well sealed bottle I could smell the Passion flower. It smelled fresh and doesn’t expire until 2025. I’m happy with this product!

I use this product when I wake up at 3 am and can’t go back to sleep. This helps me to fall asleep and when I wake in the morning I’m not feeling tired!
