Loved this book!! I wish the show also used the same story as the original books. It would’ve been great!. Reading a fiction book for the first time!

Tv series is better to watch than the book Book is ok , a few characters are different from the series and personalities are very differently written

Revisiting the vampire diaries was a nostalgic trip, especially screen having known the show and listening to the audio books for years. The characters really stood out for me, even Elena, who, despite her flaws, was compelling. I particularly enjoyed Bonnie and Meredith, and of cuorse, Stefan and Damon. Katherine wasn't my favourite, even Katherine the show was amazing. It was with her keeping the brothers for herself, but that added to the drama. As the progressed, I grew to appreciate Elena and Stefans relationship; they were so cute together! Overall, I really enjoyed diving back into this book, especially since I'm not as into the tv show anymore. It's a great way to appreciate the original the story. Which was written back in the 90s and twilight was not been released. Can't wait to read the next book.

inhaltlich kann ich nicht viel sagen, war ein Geschenk. Wurde allerdings wie angekündigt geliefert und Ware war in Ordnung.

I enjoyed reading this book because it is different from the tv series, which I loved. It ended on a cliff hanger and I am looking forward to reading book 2 . It has everything you want in a book, romance , dangerous main male characters, innocent love, friendship,unwilling enemies, murder and hopefully, expectations about the future. The suspense is woven throughout the book. This book sets the scene for the rest of the series.
