For optimal results, apply product at the end of the day, after water flow to the grease trap has stopped. FOR NEW TRAPS: For new traps or traps that have recently been pumped, apply 4 fl oz (1/2 cup), 2-3 times per week, for optimum results. FOR ESTABLISHED TRAPS: For established traps or those with odors, apply 8 fl oz (1 cup), 3-4 times per week, for optimum results. FOR PROBLEM TRAPS: For problem traps with excessive build up of grease and/or excessive odors, we suggest using more product and adding it more frequently. Usually no more than 16 fl oz (2 cups) per night should be needed.
