Triple Grip Handles are "hard" to beat
I prefer the solid, Triple Grip Handles to the foam handles that come with the Lifeline Chest Expander. The Triple Grip handles have a satisfying, solid feel to them, and revolve as my grip requires. They are smoothly finished, comfortable, and perform as advertised. Men with larger hands particularly may prefer these handles to the standard foam model, The tubes from the Chest Expander appear interchangeable with those from Lifeline's Pull-up Revolution, allowing me to keep both handles loaded and ready for use. Disadvantages are small. When hanging on the back of a door, these handles bump about, making somewhat more noise than the hard plastic components to which the foam handles attach. I assume the original foam handles will pack easier and plan on using them in preference to the hard handles when travelling.

Very useful!
I got a set of resistance bands for Christmas but the handles that came with it only fit one band at a time. I bought these Lifeline triple grip handles to fit two or all three bands in it at the same time, so as to increase resistance to the maximum possible level. And these handles haven't disappointed. They've held fine through a month's workout and I love that I can add/remove resistance so easily. Also, the plastic seems much sturdier than the single band handles I was using previously.

Sturdy and secure
I've had this for years and purchased another pair for my second band. There's not much to say here. But this are the most sturdy and reliable handles you can get for your bands. Since they are both one piece, that means that the cable won't snap from the band and hit you on the face when doing pull ups.One thing you have two know is that these are not meant for switching, if you put in a band it will stay there, as it is really hard to get it out, and the stronger the band the more difficult will be, that's the reason I have 2 pairs of these

VERY GOOD HANDLES
I have owned these handles for many years and I am very happy with them. I just ordered additional handles to have additional combination of tubes to avoid the hassle of changing out the tubes. I gave the the handles 4 stars instead of 5 stars, because of the difficulty installing the heavier tubes. I purchased the additional handles also for this reason. Once I install the heavier tubes, I will not have to remove them. Yes, it's a bit of an investment purchasing all of these handles, but it's worth it in the long run. It's a real convenience and makes working out more enjoyable. I have found the handles well made and durable. My older handles have held-up, no breakage , no complaints.

Tube- Handles
Works exactly as intended for quality tube cables. Very sturdy and well made. Have used these for several years. The still look new..

Used to be great handles, but not anymore
I absolutely prefer these 'sold plastic' handles to the 'soft flexible' handles lifeline also offers. I find myself much more confident and in control with my movements with these handles. And while I know it's relatively easy to switch out cables, I actually have 3 pairs of these, as it allows me to quickly transition between exercises (particularly when you mix in 'chest expander' workouts, and their associated shorter resistance bands, with the 'regular length' resistance bandsUPDATE January 2016 - These handles have been redesigned, and unfortunately not for the betterDougR's review is dead-on accurate. The new triple handle cable grips are being designed differently. I actually now own 5 pairs of their handles. On the pair that I bought in January of 2016, the middle slot is now a full 16th of an inch narrower than the previous 4 handles I've purchased. I'm not a small nor weak man, and I simply could NOT stretch either the R100 (black) nor R90 (blue) out enough to force it into the middle slot. And frankly even if you could stretch it out enough to fit (maybe have two very strong men stretch it out from two ends), I'd be concerned that such an incredible amount of stretching would in and of itself damage the cable. So DougR is right. These new handles are poorly designed. You'll have to figure out how to utilize the outside slots well in order to use these new handles (ie: use 2 R50 (orange) cables in lieu of 1 R100 (black) cable)

It works well.
It is sturdy and holds well to the strains upon it from the cords that I routinely use for them. Even with accidents they still don’t break easily at all

These are great no problem inserting large bands.
Others had reviewed they couldn't get the thicker bands in the holes. I have the black 100lb and green 80lb and have no problem. You do have to put the band under your foot and and only use about a foot or 2 of it then grab the end with your hand and stretch the cable real hard and it slips right in. Love the handles and are excellent for my workout. There is a guy on YouTube that uses these he is worth checking out at "Resistance Band Training | The Art of Manliness".
