Can’t figure out how it and programming is impossible. After watching video on line figured out some things was about to return it but will continue to experiment with device

This is such an amazing product I just received it yesterday. I’ve done one session only over night woke up in the morning and my back already feeling amazing the next morning. I’ve been having a major back injury for the last 3 years because I’m a professional athlete and this product did wonders from one session. I will continue the session and see how my back recover with it. I give it 9 /10 so far I’m so amazed. No more pain killers now time to recover for good after suffering for 3 years

Perfect device. Come with 2 channels, 2 cable sets and 4 gel pads. Pulses can be very strong - adjust carefully.For pads replacement, be sure that connectors are 3.5mm button style. I ordered wrong pads which come with 2.5mm buttons.The cables are tiny, for sure will break soon. Unfortunately, hard to find replacements.But device is very good (read the included manual!).

I bought this item at the end of July, it worked perfectly and it helped, then a month this product has stoped to work. Honestly I got shocked, because i thought I was buying one of the best in this domain. I don't know what to do now, it supposed it has 5 years warranty.
