This Colavita Balsamic Glaze is fabulous! I received it yesterday, just in time to add to the top of my fresh bruschetta. I had a chef friend over for dinner last night, so I made fresh Dutch over bread. I took a few slices of it, broiled them, and added all the normal delicious items….and then put this glaze on the very top. She raved about it, as did her husband. Yay!!!No more drizzling balsamic vinegar on my bruschetta. I will use my new Colavita Balsamic Glaze from now on.Highly recommend.

Do you like syrup, but you have something savory?
This is my favorite decoration for almost anything savory. I add it to pizza, it's perfect for balsamic caprese salad (mozzarella, basil leaves, quartered tomatoes), and the sweetness of the glaze is amazing. If you like balsamic vinaigrette dressing, this is something you'll love.

The very best balsamic vinegar glaze I have ever tasted!! It is thick and not runny. The taste and quality are amazing! My family and I use it on nearly everything from salads, pizza, veggies, chicken, and avocado toast.
