Damaged collectible box
The collectible box was damaged upon arrival which diminishes the value of the item and it was meant to be a Christmas present so now I have to give my brother a damaged gift. Unacceptable

Upon arrival, the head on this POP was detached. Not much for value like this but great look otherwise.
