I don’t know for a fact. I’ve plug it in at 5% checked 30min later and I’m at 53%. Fast enough for me.

Samsung tends to be using USB C on all its newer models. USB C fits in either way around unlike older formats like micro USB which only plug in one way around. Id say your phone is likely USB C which is an oval looking socket so yes it would be correct

I’m really impressed with this 3-pack of USB C charger cables! They’re exactly what I needed for my Samsung A16—fast charging, reliable, and a great length at 1 metre.
