I've used GSE for many years now. I don't get sick like everyone else around me does. I take the drops too, but sometimes I don't have O.J or tomato juice on hand to cover up the bitter taste of the drops, and these capsules make it so much easier to take. Especially for my brother and dad who are diabetics, and shouldn't have the juices with it. I've purchased other brands in the past, but always come back to this one. It just plain works better than the rest. I keep both the caps and the drops on hand, as they can be used for so many things health-wise, and to make household cleaning products too. I used take 25-30 drops of gse when I start to feel something coming on, and it will stop whatever it is in its tracks! The only thing I hate about the drops is it is so darn hard on my hands to squeeze that many drops out. Not to mention, those drops are just for me, so if I am also mixing it up for my dad and brother, that's 3x's the amount of drops! A LOT to squeeze out! So, these caps save my fingers and hand from hurting. I've come to use the caps more and more over the last couple of years mainly for convenience, and the drops more for cleaning. I don't like the tablets, because I prefer capsule or liquid form over tablets in every product. They just aren't as easy for our bodies to digest, and I want the product to get in me as quick as possible. I see way more 1 and 2 stars for this product than I thought I would see. Those reviews are riddled with people that are blaming a product for them not using it properly, not long enough, or not understanding how natural products work. Many times symptoms WILL GET WORSE before they get better. Products like this one, that are potent, and life changing, need to have A LOT of water drank with them to help get those toxins out of your system. It WILL create "die off" and flood your system with toxins. When more toxins are being released than your liver can handle at one time, guess what happens? We feel SICK.........really really sick, like a truck hit us, and we swear the product is making us worse......but it's mainly because we've taken too much too soon, and/or not drank enough water for our toxic system. I take the amounts I take with no issue, but that is because I have taken it off and on for many years for a long time. It is NOT a product to take every day on an ongoing basis. Every day for short term is perfectly fine. If there is one product to have in your home to fight nasty germs, this is the one to have on hand. It will help you and your families overcome a multitude of ailments from simple common cold, ear infections, tooth infections, candida, to swine flu (yes it helped my fiance cure the swine flu!).....but you must follow the directions, and drink A LOT of water. Taking ANY supplement with little to no water, is like putting laundry detergent in the wash without adding water. I don't care how much that load spins around, it will not get clean that way. I take 2 of these caps with 16oz of water, at first sign of anything coming on. I may take another capsule or two later on just to make sure I stay on top of it. During cold and flu season, I take it as I feel I need to, to keep me from getting sick. It works for me, and when I start to run low, I make sure to order more. I wouldn't want to be without it.

This product is a must have to keep my family healthy through the winter months. If we get any virus we load up on Vitamin C and GSE. Works on stomach viruses too.

Our Allergist suggested this Grapefruit Seed capsule to treat Candida on the skin. It has been effective with no discernible side effects. According to the Allergist, this is much safer than the large anti-yeast pill often prescribed. Seems like the capsules work better than drops from the same company. The doctor also said certain candida strains have become resistant to other natural treatments such as oil of oregano. I am writing this review in the hopes that people who suffer with face dermatitis or eczema will find the relief that they deserve. I have lupus and a myriad of other auto immune issues. I have been taking GSE capsules since Nov 2020.My kinesiologist had suggested this supplement as I have been suffering from a leaky gut since 3 yrs now leading to wounds in my hands n feet... sometimes these wounds start bleeding...this wonder supplement has healed the wounds on my skin (hands and feet) completely..I take 1 capsule of GSE along with 1 capsule of Probiotics everyday.I had lost all hopes of recovering until I was asked to go for GSE!Thank you amazon for making it reach us.The only thing I don't appericiate is the price..I wish it was offered at a cheaper price like iherb.
