I recently got a sliding bench exercise machine and only knew a few exercises. This poster explained some that I didn’t know at all. Great buy.

Nothing says fat guy getting back into shape like workout posters. Spent some $$$ on my midlife crisis to get back into shape by converting a 2 car garage into a fat guy workout room. "Sliding bench" machine is the all time great in old fat guy workouts. Have this poster tacked up in between the garage dartboard and big screen tv to show off to all my beer drinking buddies I thought about working out.

Good quality, a little hard to get the curl out of it. I had to mount it to a board to keep it flat
