Would this work with a desk chair roller that will not stay in the hole? The other 3 rollers are okay

Hello,If the inside is wood you have a chance. For the most part I bet it is plastic will not work very good. Glue if it is not spinning wheels. If they spin you can try these but you would have to rough of the plastic inside a bit. Even them probably not the right product. thanks

I used it for much smaller diameters. You can cut the "grips" for the diameter you want with a pair of scissors.

does it work on holes on dry wall?

I have not had luck using it on dry wall, primarily works on wood for me.

Would this work for the base of a window crank? I was closing my window and the 4 screws just fell out because they were stripped.

if the holes are smaller than say 1/4 then it might be difficult.these strips are made out of aluminum metal not foil and they have to be rolled into a tube.the tube is then inserted into the screw holes and the screw is threaded into the rolled up tube.however i used it in a small hole but i had to roll up the metal strip into a funnel shape and inserted the narrow end of the funnel into the hole.i got 3 holes out of 5 and gave up because my fingers were all bloodied.darn strips are sharp.you get the kind of cuts you dont feel but bleed like crazy,maybe just my blood though.
