Easy to use and very flexible
Bought as had heard this was decent filler for deeper cracks.Having used it, I am a fan. Easy to work with and has done a good job. Finished with some fine filler and looks great.

A challenging product, for challenging jobs.
First thing I would say is - smooth, smooth, smooth - as much as you can, before it dries!Used thinly it goes elasticky and peels off, used thickly it dries hard as rock and my orbital sander struggled to make much impact smoothing it off.I wanted to fix a ceiling crack which a painter and decorator had already 'fixed' twice but kept returning. I cut down some wall repair patches (the ones with the stainless steel mesh) and used this filler to fill/adhere the long crack. I had pre-scraped it so I could use a decent amount of product and not apply it too thinly.I usually over-fill as it's pretty easy to sand repairs to a nice level finish, but this is very challenging to sand so take a bit of care over smoothing it before it dries if you can.I also used a bit of this sparingly on a smaller area and on that one it went like chewing gum when sanding so I peeled it off and reached for the normal filler. It seems to be holding on the ceiling repair so I do think this works, for the right job. It's not for the faint hearted - but I needed something that would hold on a long crack in a bathroom that gets steamy. Overpainted with zinsser mould-resistant paint it looks decent - fingers crossed it stays that way.

Works well
Our Victorian flat has hairline cracks everywhere. I've had to get quite handy at filling. I spent a long time filling some cracks with regular filler and was pretty annoyed when they opened back up 6 months later. I opened up the cracks again, and refilled with this stuff. The repair has held for a year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and will only be using this for similar cracks in the future. As per other reviews, this is harder to work with than other filler. It is similar to caulk to apply. Unlike other reviews, I found that it actually sands well if you leave it a week to go off and cure and then come back to it with an orbital or rotary sander. You can then paint over for an invisible repair.Great stuff.

Excellent flexibility
Easy to apply, dries quickly with little shrinkage and sanding is easy.

Don't use this for regular filling
This stuff dries rubbery, and isn't really hard enough for sanding.I used it for general filling of holes and cracks, and found that it doesn't sand very well, especially at the edges. It will peel like a skin if applied thinly and the edges won't blend flat with the wall.Probably good for corner cracks where there's movement, but I'm wondering what else this is designed for as it's so difficult to get a flat finish with it.

Terrible to sand
I bought this as seen that professional painters recommend it. It's not as easy to use when filling. It takes ages to go off. But the biggest problem, when you sand it it just starts to peel off. You can actually just pull it off like skin. Terrible. Don't know what the hype is with this stuff. It delayed my job. Had to get it all off and use my tried & trusted pollycell plaster repair. This whole new tub after causing me just hassle is in the bin. If anyone has advice for others on how to go about sanding this chewing gum please share to help others. I won't be buying it again

Would reccomend
Having an older house combined with relatively newly plastered walls means we have so many hairline cracks in the walls. This flexible filler was super easy to apply - it is so smooth and easy to work with. The only thing I found was it was wasn't the best to sand down. It seemed to takw a lot more effort to smooth down the surfaces. Maybe it was the product, or maybe I applied too much. Who knows. But i would still buy again - it's a little bit on the expensive side but on the application side, I really like it.
