This battery showed a lot of promise in that it claims to meet OEM specs and offered higher capacity than the OEM battery. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The battery, while it boasts a higher amp rating than OEM does not last 3/4 the time of the original battery and now is bulging and deformed and needs to be replaced again. We just purchased this battery on November 24th and installed on Nov 29, 2021 and today it is shot (3/30/22).

Fully charged and fully discharged the battery per instructions. After six of these cycles, this battery didn't even last as long as the OEM battery supplied with the phone. It is supposed to have a capacity of 5000mA vs. the OEM battery's 4900mA, yet somehow it lasted 3.5 hours less time. Both tests were made under identical standby conditions.

Battery would not charge out in my phone even with the original equipment charger.

Not very pleased with battery, takes a very long time to charge and then the battery runs low very quickly. Pretty much how my original battery had been functioning.The only difference I've noticed is that the new battery doesn't get hot when charging like the original was doing.Probably should have searched a little more and purchased an actual "Sonim Brand" battery
