Rocket Fuel: The One Essential Combination That Will Get You More of What You Want from Your Business

im honestly a HUGE HUGE MASSIVE fan of ANYTHING Traction/ Gino Wickman. It has completely changed my business and provided "Clarity & Freedom". The entire operating system has provided Clarity for everyone to know what it takes to be excellent in their position, and it provides clarity for me as a business owner knowing what everyone it doing/responsible for. The FREEDOM is that no one is pestered by the boss anymore (me), because of the clarity in place...i know when its appropriate to check and when its just going to be a distraction. SPECIFICALLY ROCKET FUEL: This has been really helpful for my Integrator...I am all in as the high end Visionary, after reading Traction and self implementing EOS Worldwide, I was able to give this book to my Integrator and tell her "Everything in this book is EXACTLY who i want our relationship to develop". I am not making any adjustments, no pride attached, no "but my company is different". This is just another Very important key to our manual for how we run our business. My Integrator has read this, and afterwards she has a complete understanding of her "power" to overrule me when appropriate, and "run the show". I love that this book is there for me to give to my integrator and say "read this, and you will know EXACTLY what I expect from our relationship"

Rocket Fuel was a good read for myself. As a Visionary Entrepreneur & founder of a company that is just under 5 years old, I was able to identify some of the missing pieces we have right now that may prevent us from achieving our 10-year goals. The next piece is of course finding an Integrator. Do you have one internally? If so, are they competent enough to fulfill your vision within your budgetary requirements? For a founding entrepreneur, or if you're recruiting for an integrator, I do recommend this book. I've handed out multiple copies now when meeting candidates I've been recruiting, so they can see deeper than just a job description. I've actually purchased 10 copies thus far and counting. Now on the flip side, can a Visionary create a lot of success in a company they started without a True Integrator in place? Absolutely they can, this method just explains how to potentially do it faster and why having a #2 can be better for your personal state of happiness. Starting and growing a company is HARD work and often requires making a lot of tough decisions, hard enough that most folks fail at it. Picking this book up will give you some good insight into why that might have happened to you previously (if you failed in a previous business venture) and some solid concepts to potentially avoid it from happening again. The last thing I will say though, I was able to start and run my company without a true integrator (even to this day), but I can see where their value is observed after understanding the relationship better from reading Rocket Fuel.

If you want a deeper understanding of EOS. This is a must read to further understand the dynamics between the V/I roles and the synergy and agreements that must be kept for the success of the vision and goals of the company.

I have an Integrator working super part-time for me. She works magic with her processes and organization. It was only after reading Rocket Fuel that I realized how important it is to make opportunity for the Integrator. Visionaries outnumber Integrators 4 to 1! This book is excellent and to the point. I am implementing the tools recommended and eager to see where it takes us. Perhaps one of the best takeaways was when the author called out the weaknesses of Visionaries. All conflict or challenge I have ever faced personally and professionally pretty much was summed up with those character flaws. It's great to have them illuminated to be aware of and then work on it to be a better leader! Great book. Totally recommend!

Good book. I got a lot out of this and would definitely recommend it to other business owners.

It was nice to read and learn that I have a specific place and qualities that are rare and needed for every business. Being a very strong integrator type I have always assumed that I am lacking some specific skills for business - strong vision, creative product ideas or other qualities essential to build a company. Reading this book gave me a new perspective of a visionary and integrator duo, which puts me behind the tasks that I am really good at. Loved the practical tools and concise explanation to apply them. For sure a must read for everyone who wants to find solutions for their business efficiency.

This has been the most directly helpful business book I have read so far - everything makes sense now & I feel empowered to move forward now knowing EXACTLY what I'm looking for in a business partner, how to write their job description, how to tailor it based on my skills & talents, and how to organize the partnership, step by step. Absolutely brilliant. Do yourself a favour!!

Dieses Buch ist für jeden Unternehmer und auch leitenden Angestellten Gold wert. Wir hatten genau die im Buch beschriebene Situation bei uns im Unternehmen. Mein Co-Founder war der Visionär der auch das Tagesgeschäft übernommen hat. Das ging eine Zeit lang gut, aber irgendwann wurde es meinem Partner langweilig in seiner Position und das Tagesgeschäft wurde ihm nur noch lästig. Die Geschichte nahm trotzdem ein gutes Ende, allerdings hätten wir uns eine Menge Schmerzen sparen können und wir wären mit diesem Buch sicher noch viel erfolgreicher geworden. Ein ganze klare Leseempfehlung für jede Führungskraft die einen Visionär im Unternehmen hat und nicht so sicher ist damit umzugehen. Und natürlich für alle Visionäre, die wissen möchten wie man das beste aus seinem Team rausholt und auf seine Stärken konzentrieren kann.

Libro de excelente calidad estética. Tiene mucho valor, piesno que demasiado para un emprendedor que está comenzando. Es para emprendedores que ya tienen un equipo "grande", para emprendedores que quieren a empezar a leer libros de negocios, les recomiendo otro libro. Pueden leerlo para cambiar la manera de pensar el equipo de trabajo, está EXCELENTE 10/10
