Great whole grain option, helps your body make it's own GLP1 to satiate appetite.
Love this as a tasty alternative to rice

Clean
These berries arrived very quickly. They came clean and fresh. I grind them in my home mill to make fresh bread and to add to my overnight oats because it has been said rye has the ability to neutralize the phytic acid in oats. Very tasty. Good company.

They arrive tiny and hard and cook up chewy and delicious!
These rye groats (or berries) looked tiny and grayish in the bag, but plumped up two to three times in size and turned a tan color when gently boiled. Rye is a gluten grain, so to dispel any concern I might have an allergy or be sensitive to gluten, I paid to get a blood test done through LifeExtension.com (which is nice because you don't have to wait until you see your doctor). I learned I don't, so I am free to consume this highly nutritious grain. They taste really good and mix well with whole oat groats, cooking in about the same amount of time. You cook them to your desired degree of chewiness.

Good quality
I’ve been making bread with a combination of fresh milled flours and this one goes well with einkorn and hard red. No bugs or other dirt rocks or residue! Very clean!

Great taste and really speeds up the fermentation process.
I love the way it tastes in my sourdough bread. I use 100 g of rye to 900 g of bread flour. It gives it a nice chewy texture without being too heavy on the right flavor and the crust is fantastic.
