Would these work on a classroom floor?

No. They do not stick to a wall very well. Mine started curling and fell off after a month. They also did not look as vibrant as in the picture. Disappointing

Are the decals sticky on both sides so I can stick the words facing outside of the school windows?

They are not sticky on both sides just the back side

How do you remove stickers? Do they come off the wall easy when you want to remove?

I used the stickers on the classroom walls . At the end of the school year we removed them . It was easy as putting them on . The stickers does not peel the wall . It however, left a mark of the shape of the sticker.

Beautiful and Vibrant

These are adorable, inspirational and made with vibrant colors. The students love these on my walls and I have received several compliments. The only draw back is that about 1/2 of them will not stay on the wall. I have had to add additional adhesive and a couple of them I had to resort to using a push pin to keep it on the wall. Which isn't esthetically pleasing to see a push pin in the middle of it and the sides curling up around it.
