Been taking this for years !!

I have been taking natural factor glucosamine for several years now. My arthritic knees are not completely healed with just this source, but over the years it has kept what could be potential knee surgery at bay. I have very little cushioning between the knee joints, and I was told I would need surgery one day. That was over twenty years ago. Some days my knees are very good, but there are still days when pain succeeds. Nevertheless I do give some of the credit for not needing knee replacement to this excellent product. I only supplement ibuprofen with the natural factors glucosamine. I truly feel that my knees have stayed functional because of this product. I take three pills once a day, this amount seems to be the right dosage for me. I think if you have some joint pain this is a good source to try - but you do need to use if for a period before you decide whether it is a good product for you or not. I give it a five star rating.

My hips, knees, and shoulders are feeling much, much better. These aren't cheap, but, they do work and you won't be wasting your money on a supplement that doesn't.

Works well

I had so much trouble walking because of unpredictable locked joints in my knee. I was very embarrassed when it happened in the middle of my long stretch walking between my office and my car in the parking lot. I had to wait and walked very slowly to pass the pain in the knee.After I took this Natural Factors Glocosamine for a few days, I feel like a new person! I walked and still am walking a lot. I enjoyed walking 3 miles few times a week. Thanks to these pills!

I have been taking this Natural Factors Glucosamine & Chondroitin for the last 25 years. I cannot recommended this enough! I've had 2 buldging discs in my low back years ago. This stuff is a lifesaver! I have some sciatica miw and then. This takes great care of it!
