Technically no, one short run of o gage OFC will power the amplifier, interlay it is mono but keep in mind if your voltage dips to low (8-9 volts) your amp will overheat, go into protect and possibly go poof. On the other hand, if you have proper power supply IE 240-amp alt, 2-3 batteries or a little lithium, and keep an eye on your voltage one short run could work, but if you have all that you should run two power and two grounds.
