I bought this as a birthday gift for my cousin...he loved it!

The Good: • You can use this as a card, it has a spot for notes etc.. and comes with envelope • The content is 1987ish and makes sense • It will give someone not born in the year a good idea of what the headlines were Other thoughts: • Could it have more…yes. Did it leave out a lot of things…yes… but you can only fit so much so I think it was a good job The Bottom Line: Purchased this to accompany some other gifts for a 30th Birthday. She really enjoyed reading all the ads so it was worth it!

This book was fun to look at. I purchased it for my son's 30th and even though I was an adult in 1987 I had not realized how much stuff had changed and how funny things look now to me from back then. He really enjoyed it too. Touched on all different types of things.

Too many ads and not enough information.

So much more negative than positive. Not much information and some of the writing is very small.
