One side keeps collapsing while my baby is in it (she's ~17lbs). It collapses a few minutes after she is in it (1 side only). How do I stop this?

How do you dissemble it?

This floor seat is not designed to be disassembled. It can however be folded flat for easy storage or transport!

Can i buy an extra insert for this?
