I picked this up mainly for the iodine and trace minerals, since I know how important they are for overall health. So much to say about this and I've only had it for two days. The first time I took this I was in a bit of a low vibe. Within 5-10 minutes, the negative thoughts began to subside and I started feeling like myself again, which is positive and uplifted. I took this at night and went to bed a couple of hours later. I am a 25-year practitioner of meditation and the feeling was as if I'd just finished meditating for hours, which is somewhat difficult to explain, but I basically felt pulled deep into myself with a completely still mind and an acute awareness of my inner body, which felt grounded, still and at peace. When I laid down and closed my eyes I started seeing (in my mind's eye) a slow wave of light moving from the left side of my left eye to the center. Sometime after, a swirling/dancing purple ball of light with branch-like arms that reminded me of a nerve cell appeared in the center space between both eyes (third eye). This is something I would experience after shifting into a meditative state. I fell asleep and did have a vivid dream of a friend I'd recently lost contact with. The next morning (yesterday), I took 2.5ml on an empty stomach and held it under my tongue for 90 seconds before swallowing. Within a few minutes I had a pressure headache that felt like my head was being squeezed on both sides. In addition, I began hearing fizzing sounds inside my head and once again, it felt like my mind was switched off, completely still as if I'd been meditating for hours. An hour or two later, I was doing the Wim Hof breathing exercise and the first round sent me into another world - can't recall or explain everything, but I remember my right ear began a high-pitched ringing and the sound in the room became distant and muffled while I primarily perceived the fizzing sounds in my head. I'm not sure when the headache left, but it was definitely gone by the time I finished the 15 min breathwork. I had more vivid dreaming last night. This morning, I took the 2.5ml on an empty stomach and did not have a pressure headache or any fizzing sounds in my head. Before all of this, I'd been feeling somewhat blocked and not having the inner experiences that I'm used to during meditation and I really feel like the headache and fizzing were symptoms of the block being cleared. I'm really happy that I found this and will update after having taken this for a while.

Very good…expensive but I’d purchase again

Little to no effect. I have been using this for a couple days and ... nothing. I have used a different brand before and dreams came through with ease. But with this product - nothing. I will continue it for a little while to see if it is just a matter of time. But when I read other reviews, people made it seem like this was IT. And I know all bodies are different. For that reason I will give it time to see if that makes a difference.

I’ve only being using for a short time but so far it’s been working great, I feel that mental clarity has improved.

This stuff is literally the bomb i was experiencing tons of traumatic problems from a toxic relationship and it really helped me get my mind together! It’s kind of amazing actually I wouldn’t believe it if I read this review but if you have ptsd or anxiety this product may be an amazing buy for you too I just bought my second bottle and I could feel the effect within the first week!

Only day 1 and I would already say this stuff is exceptional. very gentle, subtle yet profound!

This is my second bottle, getting ready for third and them will take a break for 3 months and go for another 3months supply. Love it, helps me to be more clear headed and be more calm. Whether its placibo or the product itself which I have found have origina in egypt (according to my research) it works and I am sticking by it.

Had to get used to the taste as I am only used to the powder but I feel the difference after 2 weeks. Will definitely buy again.

In addition to improving my night experiences, I also felt generally calmer and more grounded during the day. Recommend supplier of ORMUS :)
