The reviews were correct with this product. It's a really nice piece at a great price point. Very sturdy with a nice length, function and finish. Slightly loose from 0-30° but the tension is perfect above 30° to fully open. It's very sharp and the features are on point. Even the case is of quality. Overall it's a really great knife and I would order again as well as recommend this knife. Actually, I think I'll probably order more for Christmas and birthday gifts.

I gave this a five star rating even though I never give anything over a 4 star. And the strange thing is it really probably doesn't deserve a 5 but I really, really like this knife. I have carried a pocket knife my whole life and consider it to be a very personal item and am very particular about the knife I carry. For many years I carried a knife which I really loved but after my step daughter appropriated it (with my permission) I was never able to find another pocket knife that I truly loved until this one. The chrome/moly/vanadium blade is fantastic and I love the titanium coating, I especially like the shape and strength of the blade. Many have complained that this knife is too big, but I have very large hands and wrists so finding a knife that fits me is very difficult, but this one is a perfect fit for me. It has exceptional balance and mine was very sharp right out of the box though I did hone it a little. It does have some things that I don't care for, like the back side of the handle is open in the middle where usually that's filled in with a strip of metal (hard to explain) and it appears to be put together with very small torx head screws. I also don't care for the nylon sheath and immediately replaced it with a leather one. The ridges on the back side of the blade usually used for sawing, are not sharp and appear to be merely decoration... So in conclusion, with all the issues I mentioned, you would think I would give this knife a lower score. All I can say is this knife really fits me and I bonded with it right away. It may not fit or work with you. I would however definitely buy it again and may very well buy more. You know when it just feels right...

Absolutely the best pocket knife work knife ever! I was a loyal fan of Gerber, but kept having to resharpen after a week or 2. Had this knife for almost a month and it's still razor sharp, heavy, strong, durable and my new favorite!

Calling it a "pocket knife" is a bit misleading because technically, yes, it fits in your pocket… but so does a brick if you try hard enough.The blade is so sharp I think it whispered “I got you, fam” when I sliced open an Amazon box. The seatbelt cutter? Cleanly shaved a stray thread off my jeans. The glass breaker? Well, let’s just say my neighbor’s abandoned junker now has a custom air vent. And the bottle opener? Let’s just say I popped the cap off my root beer with such style that my dog gave me a look of pure admiration.Final thoughts? If you ever find yourself trapped in a car, needing to cut yourself free, smash a window, and dramatically drink a cold one all at the same time, this is your Excalibur. Highly recommend!

First off, I am not a knife guy. Secondly, this knife cost less than $30. That said, I was a little disappointed when I first opened the box and inspected the knife. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of the handle are not stellar. The metal has flaws in it and the wood is small and not spectacular. However, the blade looks amazing. And the opening of the blade is smooth is and the weight of the knife if hefty. Even though I have not used it, I would give it an A+ for function and a B- for aesthetics. Definitely appears to be a good knife for the money.

This is a super quality knife. I was really surprised how sharp and well built it is. Will buy as a gift for others.
