Q: What is the shelf life if no refrigeration needed? I had another brand that smelled and tasted rancid and I ended up tossing.

This is the second time I have ordered this brand and have had no issues. I had my first order for a couple of months and didn't refrigerate it. I use it to bake with and make my own "baking blend" with it. I highly recommend it!

Q: What does this taste like, and does it thicken up?

I use one teaspoon in a pumpkin wrap and I don't really taste anything. It has a very very bland and neutral taste. It does thicken whatever it is mixed with but that will depend on the amount used.

Q: How can there be 0 Calories if there is 3g carbs??

4 carbs—3 fiber (2 calories each..so 6) then 1 is left (4 calories). So, 10 calories per serving overall
