Q: After using it as a chewing gum, can you reuse the same piece for weeks/forever? Is this considered unsanitary/unsafe as it may harbour germs after?

You absolutely can reuse the gum. Originally I picked out a medium size drop which was decent to chew. The taste is very strong but after a few times chewing it, it will become fairly neutral. Eventually I added more to that same wad and store it in a small container with mouthwash after each use.

Q: is this product organic?

What I know that it is a natural product not processed. It is sorted for sizes. As for what kind of firtliz they use? I can't say. Sorry.

Q: I was told these could be broken up and put into water or tea to drink... how do I do this as they are chewy?

If you put them in water they will get hard.
