Aqualief Sleep Patches with Melatonin and GABA, 42 Patch Set, Extra Strength Sleeping Aids, Supports Rest and Rejuvenation for Travel, Jet Lag, Men and Women

I have been pretty dependent on sleep aids for years and am constantly trying to stop taking them. Natural sleep aids just don’t ever seem to work and I end up taking doxylamine again because I just need to sleep. So I was pretty skeptical about these. When I first received them I tried for two nights and they would not stay on. As others have mentioned the adhesion isn’t great. So I was frustrated and stopped using them. Then I got the idea to use it on the top of my foot and use my foot compression bands for planters fasciitis to keep them on. ( socks would work, I just hate wearing socks to bed) Now that they don’t fall off they work great. I use one on each foot and I haven’t had any trouble sleeping and I wake up much easier. I am very very pleased with how well these work.

I wanted to like them and I was hoping that they worth a try them for two nights and they did not work for me and they don’t stick I tried my upper arm where there’s less hair in a clean dry spot and all I did was stick to my shirt the second night I try the back of my calve and I place to patches on me there’s no hair on my legs clean dry spot I get up an hour later to use the bathroom and they’re stuck to my pajama pants did not fall asleep with them and they do not stick I really wish they worked I don’t know how people are leaving a good review because they don’t stick to your body unless you’re taping them or using a Band-Aid but they do not stick to your body and they are very expensive sorry for the bad review but that is the truth

I tried the Aqualief Sleep Patches with Melatonin and GABA to help with sleep. The patches do provide some mild support for rest and rejuvenation, but the sleep improvement was only so-so for me. One downside is the adhesive — it didn’t stick very well, and I found myself having to adjust the patches during the night. For the price, I expected better staying power. ✅ Pros: – Contains melatonin and GABA for sleep support – Easy to use patches, convenient for travel – Helps with mild sleep improvement ❌ Cons: – Adhesive quality is lacking, patches don’t always stay in place – Sleep benefits were moderate, not very strong Tips: Apply to clean, dry skin for better adhesion. Try different patch placement spots if they don’t stick well at first. Use in combination with good sleep hygiene practices. Bottom Line: These patches may help some people with mild sleep issues, but the adhesive and effectiveness could use improvement. Not a bad option, but I expected a bit more.

I almost didn’t try these because of all the “they don’t stick” reviews. Simply stick it to the top of your foot and cover it with a sock. Stays put all night without moving. Don’t like socks at night? Cover with some medical tape or kt tape if you’re having adhesion problems. Now, as to it’s effectiveness. For me, this little patch is doing a great job at helping me fall asleep, and STAY ASLEEP during the night. I usually wake up multiple times every night and have trouble falling back to sleep. This patch seems to limit my wakeups to once per night, and I can easily fall back to sleep. It’s awesome so far. I’ve used them for 5 nights. For context, I’m 50 and in perimenopause. I’ve had trouble staying asleep for years now, and have been taking Benadryl daily to help (which is not ideal). I will be a forever customer if these little patches keep doing what they are doing!!!

Well I haven’t slept this well in years! I really sleep deeply with these. It’s been nice this past week! Couple of tips: they don’t stick too well so don’t put over your skin after you’ve moisturized…they won’t stick as well. Also put somewhere on your skin where a piece of clothing will be balding it against your body - so not randomly on your leg unless you sleep with long pants of some sort if this makes sense. The adhesive part is the only issue in my eyes. Aside from that, these little things are amazing!!

I’ve tried better patches. These don’t stick very well. They supposedly have hops, valerian and lavender- all things with pretty pronounced odors. But the patches have hardly any smell at all. These work so-so for me. I usually wake up at 2-3 AM after taking them, and actually seem to have a harder time getting back to sleep than normal. EDIT- this company has contacted me 3 times-once my email and twice by physical mail, to try to persuade me to change my review. They’ve offered me as much as a $50 Amazon gift card. This is really sleazy. Sorry, I didn’t like your product. Stop trying to pay me to lie about it.

I have a lot of trouble staying asleep. Some days, by the end of the workday, I get SO TIRED, I wonder how I’m going to drive home. By the time I get home, I have my “second wind”. I fix dinner, eat with the family, and try to unwind. Then I can’t get to sleep. Even melatonin didn’t help. I saw an ad for a similar product online. After researching on Amazon reviews, I settled on these. They’re AMAZING!! I put the just above the hipbone. I alternate sides nightly. Within half an hour, I need to go to bed. And I stay asleep all night long. If I do wake because of noise (I have cats and kids), I am able to get back to sleep fast! I will keep this in stock in my home!!
