Hubby likes
I bought these for my husband, and he really likes them. He's pretty active, but not in any sports sense, just around the house and yard. He likes them for the support, and for the length-they help non-chafing. He doesn't like the colors, but nobody sees them. They wash well (no special setting--throw 'em in and push the button), and dry well (again, no special setting). He doesn't wear them exclusively, of course, but in the "undie rotation" they've lasted several months with no discernible wear. Sometimes you can size or colors for cheaper prices. A minute ago, I got his size in purple (yech) for seven bucks. Can't beat that.

As good or better than Nike shorts for a smaller price.
I'm a collegiate Track & Field Decathlete at a Div. 2 school. I've tried several different brands and styles of speed shorts since I first began competing in eighth grade and Adams workout shorts are by far the best in my opinion. If you like form fitting tights that will keep the same fit throughout its life, these are the shorts for you.

Excellent price
These fit great and they have a longer leg than most. Just make sure you get the right size. I also wear these multiple times a week and they are holding up well.

I lost one pair to bad seams which caused chafing, second pair in different color is ok.
Seems decent enough out of the package, but the spandex used is questionable. I washed them once and tried to wear them. With in an hour I was chafing in the groin area. Taking them off I noticed the little rubber threads had begun to break away and were no longer weaved with in the fabric. The ends were only sticking out a few millimeters, but this is enough to cause chafing as the rubber now rubs against the skin. This was occurring several places throughout the garment. Basically in every area with a sewn seam. This was not due to the washing as I tested an area that was a seam but not one that had been subjecting to stretching when my body moved. Right away the rubber strands broke when stretched, which shouldn't happen in a garment designed to compress and stretch with body movements. I did order the proper size and they seemed to fit well and in the same manner as my other brands of shorts. I have had this happen before but usually after a few years of use. In this case it was one hour and these shorts had to go into the garbage. Very disappointed. I did order several of these in various colors as they appeared to be getting cleared out and were cheap. It was a scarlet pair that failed on me. A green pair that came the same day and was laundered with it, seems to be ok at this point and in testing the seems wasn't failing like the red pair.Update: the other color is doing fine as are a few pairs of Adams normal spandex shorts an a pair of Adams sliding shorts. I can only surmise the scarlet pair I got had seams that were not sewn tightly enough to anchor the cut rubber threads along the joint and they were pulling away from the seam and back into the garmet where they popped out.
