It works, my hair looks better and thicker after using it for a 2 weeks. However the dosage is too much 6 tablets a day. 2 tablets after every meal which is difficult or not always possible. I could never have more than 4. Besides, having them makes me feel full. I wish they felt lighter on my digestive system.
