ChampionShock Absorber B5044 Women's Run Sports Bra - Black/Silver, 34C

I've been working out with great enthusiasm since my senior year of high school (let's not get any more specific than that- I'm not young enough to give an actual age :p) and I can say without hesitation that this is, HANDS DOWN, the best high-impact sports bra I've ever used.The facts: I'm 5ft 4 (used to be 5ft 5 pre-pregnancy), between 125-128lbs, a size 4/6 (depends on the store), and a large 34C/small 36C. I love running, am currently looking ahead to a half marathon, and I have absolutely zero tolerance for any sort of bounce/jiggle/shifting when I'm running. Period.Up until this sports bra, my go-to had been the Fiona sports bra. I've been using it so long that I was originally getting it from Moving Comfort, which apparently has become a member of the Brooks brand. Same bra, different brand, decent functionality.But nowhere close to this masterpiece. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it a triumph of engineering. Both the band and straps are adjustable, in addition to being smooth, non-chafing, and not at all stretchy.I get where people are coming from in their reviews when they talk about appearance- this bra won't work as the gym equivalent of a t-shirt bra, sitting invisibly under your shirt without visible seams. It might not look cute on its own, without a layer over it.But MY GOD, does it work. I'm not looking for a sports bra to lounge around in, dressed head-to-toe in my overpriced athleisure clothes that have never actually seen the inside of a gym. My sports bra needs to crank things into place and hold them there, totally unmoving, mile after mile.This bra has come the closest of any other to accomplishing that. Think of it as the Toyota Camry of sports bras: not particularly elegant or exotic, but you can count on it to keep going mile after mile after mile.

When I first learned about Shock Absorber, my interest was piqued. Ever since I tried a SA bra, I could never use another sports bra for high impact cardio again. I've gone from a DD cup to a B to a C in a matter of a few years and at every size this brand has kept my breasts at bay. Of all the ones I've had, I must say that this particular one is hands down my favorite. Whether I'm running or taking a Zumba class, I always reach for this bra. It's very comfortable and can be adjusted to your individual body type. As with any bra, you do have to shift it around to get the perfect fit. You MUST know your actual bra size, though, since getting the wrong bra size can make it uncomfortable.

Best sports bra ever!I almost didn't buy this because all of the negative reviews about how hard it is to put on and how small it runs. It's not hard to put on, at all. just fasten the top part and put it on and then do the bottom once its on...it's not rocket science. It does fit snugly but its a sports bra, it's supposed to, it you want a looser fit more like a regular bra, go up a band size.I'm normally a 34D and bought a 34C to minimize the bounce even more and it fits great, I tested it out with running and insanity today and it was seriously amazing. It's a great buy for $30 something.

This is not the bra you wanna wear if you're trying to impress someone at the gym, but it is the bra you wanna wear when you're doing high impact/high intensity and don't want your boobs to be doing the same activities too. Full coverage, straps your boobs DOWN. I have 2 of these.My friend calls this the Batman Bra.

I've wasted so much money on running bras that either do not support enough or are so tight you cannot breathe, move or remain conscience. I purchased this bra on a friend's suggestion and I love it so much I bought another one. This is the most comfortable running bra I've ever tried and somehow it still has the most amazing support of any bra I've ever tried. I did not go up or down on my size at all, I ordered my exact bra size and it's perfect!!!

Every bra, regardless of brand, that I've had in the past has been a 34C. That size in this bra isn't just a little bit off, but extremely too small. Please either manufacture your bras in the correct sizes, or change the size each bra is labeled as to reflect one size smaller. This will save your customers a lot of time in returning or exchanging bras for a size that will actually fit, and probably give you more positive reviews.

This bra is very comfortable, does not chafe (much), and eliminates almost all bounce. Great for running. I have no problem fastening the top buckle, and I don't THINK I'm double-jointed. Much easier to put on than other sports bras I own. Will buy another one (or two). For your reference, I am a 34C and am an avid fitness enthusiast.

bought for an exgirlfriend but seemed to work for her.. though it made things less interesting for me

Good support with additional clip at upper shoulder blade level. I find bit tight round ribs and uncomfortable so have used bra strap extender which works fine.
