Easy to install, wireless, perfect product

The concept of this system is great. Battery life appears to be good and the quality of video is great. The issue that I am having is one of the cameras keeps going offline. Its very close to the base station so has nothing to do with signal strength. Every time it goes off line I have to go up the ladder and take down to reset and re-pair next to the base station. Of course when the camera goes off line there is nothing that can be done to rectify the issue until I return home so my home is not that secure during this period. I hope they can come up with a fix!

The recording functionality stips suddenly, even with having bought a cloud subscription to save videos. Their customer support is terrible, no one helps and they keep asking you to try the same things over and over again, they had no clue, and could not just solve the matter, I paid in vain until I decided to cancel. This happened with both cameras, which is definitely not a coincidence. Do not recommend especially that the price is not cheap!!

Connection is weak some time and battery is draining fast not as mentioned 365 days. Hardly 2 to 3 mo this only.

Good quality and affordable. Installation is vey easy. Functionality and picture quality is good, can highly recommend.

I have problem with SD cards, I tried 3 sd cards and none of them works even I formatted them as mentioned in the website and as listed in the SD card compatibility page! Why it doesn't come with SD card? And I don't prefer to use cloud. Now I cannot see past footage because of this storage problem Also the Ethetnet cable is not available for the base station. The app takes long time to load the real-time recording

Im really shocked with the overall experience! Battery last for 2 - 3 months only while it should last for 12 months per charge One of the cameras keep resetting itself Amazin didn't support at all Local dealer is not responding!

Bin hochzufrieden mit dem Kamerasystem. Man muss sich ein wenig in die Installation einarbeiten... aber alle, die technisch keine kompletten Vollpfeifen sind, sollten das schaffen. Grundsätzlich funktionieren die Teile zueinander mit AUFLADEN, EINSTECKEN, SYNCHRONISIEREN. Etwaige Problemsituationen werden beschrieben und wie man sie beheben kann. Die Qualität ist, wie beschrieben, gut. Die Optionen sogar, dank verbesserter Software, komplexer und vielfältiger als erwartet. Wer bei diesem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis noch meckert hat's einfach nicht verstanden. Ich würde dieses System für kleine Bereiche immer weiter empfehlen. TOP

Ich durfte die EZVIZ kabellose batteriebetriebene Kamera ausprobieren und muss sagen, dass sie echt einfach zu installieren sowie zum anbringen war. Dafür das ich sowas noch nie gemacht habe, war ich echt sehr stolz auf mich! In der App kann man den Bildausschnitt digital Vergrössern, Lautsprecher anmachen, gegensprechen (2 Wege Audio) und es gibt sogar einen Alarm sowie einen Spotlight bei Erkennung von Eindringlingen. Da ich die Kamera jedoch in der Wohnung benutze, benötige ich diese Funktion nicht 😄 Das System funktioniert alles über WLAN im gesamten Bereich, somit ist das quasi eine “Erstausstattung” und danach kann man sich noch weitere Kameras dazu kaufen und mit der Base verbinden. (Max. 4 Kameras) Ich nutze es derzeit um meinen Hund zu überwachen :) und habe somit mit dem Handy jederzeit und überall Zugriff und kann sehen was gerade Zuhause los ist. Mittels Micro SD-Karte kann man aufgenommene Videos lokal speichern. Da es meine erste Kamera ist, habe ich leider keine Vergleichs Möglichkeiten und vergebe daher 5 Sterne, da ich nichts daran auszusetzen habe!

Nombreuses caméras de ce type à la maison mais problèmes récurrents (impossibilité de se connecter à la base, perte de connexion, lumière led ne fonctionnant plus, etc). Malheureusement le vendeur ne répond pas non plus après de multiples demandes visant à retourner l’article. Étant donné les problèmes récurrents rencontrés et l’absence de suivi du service après vente, je vous conseille vivement de considérer une autre solution.

Producto de buena calidad, las camaras no han tenido problemas al estar al exterior soportando agua, polvo y la calidad de la señal aún con los diferentes tipos de clima es buena, La base de la camara esta a más de 3 metros de duatancia, con muros intermedios y no pierdo señal. El software de la aplicación funciona y es amigable. La bateria hasta ahora con más de 90% y ya han pasado varios meses desde la intalación y si han tenido uso. La base viene con un soporte imantado de muy buena calidad y uno que es de rosca de igual calidad. Y depende de las necesidades lo puedes usar, yo uso los 2 y hasta ahora sin problemas. Me ha sido tan util que compre un segundo paquete para otra vivienda y no he tenido problemas. El unico detalle fue al actualizar, por varias horas perdi la señal, así que tengan cuidado al actualizar porque deben de estar cerca del aparato para volver a sincronizar.
