Based on the design these are likely 2-PIN head bristle heads that will fit all older Emmi products - including the Professional, Metallic and also Emmi-Pet. These bristle heads will NOT fit to the new Platinum/Platinum care series, which have a newly design 4-pin connection.

are these adult size only?

all same size but they will prob fit in a smaller mouth...not need to actually "brush" with just hold bristles againt teeth and gums let ultra sonic waves work.under 1 in head .

do these replacement heads fit the Emmi-dent 6?

I've been looking on line and Professional 6 model, heads are E2 and most common. Now they've got a new and improved model, Platinum that has timer and shows when battery is low......I've had Professional 6 for years and loved it but my biggest complaint was it just stopped....so was looking into the new Platinum model. It only takes M2, M4, S2, S4 heads........this is per their website.
