Hair's Best Friend
Quality: I have used Dr. Mercola's Silica product for quite some time. I take one a day with a tbsp cod liver oil (lemon flavored). My hair then stops falling out, gets thicker and looks healthy. Can't ask for more than that. I have plenty on hand but will definitely reorder as needed. Great product. J Paul

Easy to swallow but too soon to say how well it works.
As the product is a dietary supplement it is too soon for me to rate it.

Easy to take
A friend recommended these. I can’t say if they work or not as I’ve only been using them one month. I’ve googled for reviews of the best living Silica’s and read in every review and read on Amazon that these are a good deal because they are a 60 day supply. Be aware that if you follow directions, they are only a 30 day supply. The back of the bottle gives nutrients amount for 1 pill and says serving size is one pill. However, if you look at other pictures of the bottle, you’ll see that the directions say take one pill twice a day. I find it aggravating and strange how all the reviews don’t say this but say it’s a 60 day supply and that the directions to take 2 a day aren’t on the bottle in the same place as the nutritional information. The friend that recommended them to me thought they were a 60 day supply but then found out the truth.
