MACHINE WASHABLE - Not only is our all season down comforter amazing, but it is also easy to care for! No, you do not. And I have washed it several times since and it washer beautifully. I absolutely love this quilt!

I'm looking for a soft fabric, very warm and that drapes around my body not sitting stiff on my body. Is this it?

It is very soft and drapes well. I think it is warm, but I also live in Phoenix, AZ. Just be very careful when you wash and dry it. The fibers will melt and fuse if they get too hot and will cause uneven areas. Just dry on low and remove from, then replace in dryer about every 15 minutes to prevent heat pockets from damaging the fibers.
