Keeps things fresh and seems to stop fruit flys
Very attractive on counter top and does keep items fresh and seems to prevent flies and other insects from getting to your food ! Very nice and worth what the cost was!!!!!!

Better than other baskets
We have a big fruit flu problem in our house every spring/summer, no matter how much I wash our fruit as soon as we buy it. We originally kept it all in a normal fruit basket, one of those netting style ones, but it seemed like the flies could squeeze through the tiny holes still. I wanted to find something that made that more difficult and this was the closer thing I could find. I like that the plastic top doesn’t have holes. We still have fruit fly problems but have definitely noticed a difference as it hasn’t been as bad since buying this.
