Are the bits included to make the balloon arch or do i need to buy them separately?

Birthday balloon set comes with balloon ribbon, not including making a balloon arch.

It suggests a pump for thr foil balloons. But would you suggest helium for the arch?

Due to the nature of helium, balloon arches only last 2-3 hours, which can greatly affect your party. With the use of an inflator pump, the balloon can be inflated for a longer period of time

How do you make the balloon arch?

You get a plastic strip to add the balloons onto and glue dots I think to build and shape the arch as you want it. That’s the standard way with most arches.
