You can, but for child I would prefer a mirror with more soft rubber to protect her eyes. But she can alternate, using this Arena and a Speedo Vanquisher.

They get scratched fast

No faster than any others. I've had them for a year and they have a few scratches because I didn't take care of them during the off season.

How can I get a replacement nose strap? The connecting strap between the eyes

Buy a regular strap and cut. Or use a regular string (I prefer, as it's fix)

Which strap do the blue mirrored ones come with?

We have 2 pairs of these goggles, neither are the blue mirrored pair, but both of our pairs have come with the same strap. Its a flat, rubber stretchy strap, similar to the nose piece, just wider. We replaced it immediately for a bungee strap. Hope this helps! :)
