Best Affordable Retinol Cream out there.
For the price, this is the best retinol cream I have tried. As I have gotten older, I have noticed my dark spots getting darker faster. In the past I did not have good experiences with retinoid and retinol creams (btw there is a difference, Retinoid is stronger than Retinol), but that was because I was using the cream in all the wrong ways. So, when I wanted to start using it again, I did some research first. Retinol is not as strong as retinoid, which is not a bad thing at all, it means its more gentle for your skin. If you can, try to use it at night when your skin is not exposed to sunlight. If you want to wear the cream during the day, you MUST and i mean it, you HAVE to use sunscreen. If you don't wear sun protection over your Retinol, you will get the opposite results, the dark spots will get darker my friend. Also, if it's your first time using retinol creams, use very sparingly and once or twice a week, just for some weeks while your skin gets used to its effects. By taking the precautions, you will get the best benefits from Retinol. Its affordable, effective, light weight, doesn't have a weird smell and you get a good amount of product for the price!

Great starter Retinol!
I have tried many Good Molecules products. I've enjoyed them all but this is the first one I went back and bought more of before the month was over. #1 quality brand and products #2 did not dry my skin out or cause a bad reaction. My skin is still combo oily and I turned 43 this November. I'm a do less kinda girl and while I do now wear minimal makeup I prefer the simple. This brand is simple and effective. My cousin commented that my skin looked so smooth and glowing and asked what I was doing. I told her I only added this product to my night routine 1x a week. I will be slowly increasing my use so as to make SURE I don't get a reaction. My skin is so sensitive. My first impression after my first use was, no smell, a little goes a long way, it sinks in quickly with no residue or stickiness. The next morning my skin felt hydrated, not itchy or dry. I've used other retinol and they were just too strong as a first time user. The price is budget friendly under $8 for a tube. My cousin who commented on my skin is a new mom in her 30's and hadn't ever heard of retinol so I bought her one to try as well. I think she will love it just like I do! This is a rebuy forsure!

Great Stuff
This stuff is the best. I have irritation and sometimes breakouts with regular retinol, but this product does none of that. It truly is gentle. When I first started, I alternated nights for a week or so; then went full on every night. Not the first irritation or breakout, and I'm getting noticeable results. Fine lines are softening especially around my mouth. My skin just overall looks better, and the price is unbeatable.

Good
Retinol and moisturizer in one. It's helped soften my marionette lines. Does nothing for hyperpigmentation.

Best starter retinol
This retinol is truly gentle and a great choice for someone who is just getting started with retinols. I have struggled with using retinol because of the skin purging process. I tend to get frustrated with that process give up on using retinol. This cream changed the game though. I use maybe three times a week and I'm having results that I can see and feel. My skin is softer and the appearance of the fine lines are really starting to fade. I have repurchased this product twice and I'm thrilled with the results. I think if you're on the fence about starting a retinol this is a great choice. The price point can't be beat and you really do get quite a bit for 8 dollars. You don't need much product and you don't use it everyday so my tube is still 3/4 full and I've had it for a month. The product itself has no fragrance is lightweight and absorbs without a greasiness to the skin. I will continue t repurchase this item.

Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream
š Review: Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream Yes, Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream is generally well-rated by many people, especially if you're new to retinol or have sensitive skin. Here's a clear summary with pros and cons to help you decide if itās right for you: ā THE GOOD (Why itās worth it): Gentle formula: Contains a low concentration of retinol (0.1%) and bakuchiol, a plant-based ingredient that mimics the benefits of retinol without causing as much irritation. Great for beginners or sensitive skin: It doesnāt burn or overly dry the skin, and you can use it multiple times a week without fear of a strong reaction. Improves pores and texture: Helps reduce enlarged pores, uneven texture, and fine lines with consistent use. Fragrance-free and alcohol-free: Lower risk of allergies or irritation. Affordable, vegan, and cruelty-free: Not tested on animals and budget-friendly. ā ļø WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW (Possible drawbacks): Slow results: Because itās gentle, the effects arenāt as fast or dramatic as stronger retinol products. Not a medical-grade retinoid: If you have deep wrinkles or severe acne, you might need something stronger (like prescription tretinoin). May cause mild irritation: Even though itās gentle, itās still retinol. You must wear sunscreen during the day and avoid mixing it with strong exfoliants (like acids or vitamin C at the same time). š©āš¬ Who is it ideal for? People with dry or sensitive skin, or those who have never used retinol before. Anyone looking to prevent signs of aging or improve skin texture without harsh products. A great addition to a simple nighttime routine. ā Verdict: Yes, itās a good choice if youāre looking for a gentle, affordable, and reliable retinol. It works best with consistent use (at least 2ā3 months to see results). It's ideal as a first step before moving on to stronger retinoids.

Absorbs instantly and leaves my skin glowing
This cream absorbs immediately and feels amazing on my skin. Itās not oily at all, which I really appreciate. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels soft, smooth, and deeply hydrated. I use it in combination with a retinol serum, and together they give my skin a healthy glow. I do use quite a bit and need to reorder often, but at this price point itās truly one of the best night creams Iāve ever used, and Iāve used high-end brands. Gentle, effective, and excellent value.

Love this product!
I can't say anything about the line of products themselves, but this particular one I love. It's 1% retinol that feels moisturizing and gives your face a glow without being too greasy. It seems to help with fine lines and wrinkles when I'm using regularly. Don't be deceived by the fact it feels moisturizing when applied though because it does moisturize to an extent and definitely feels that way. But you will most likely dry out if not using a moisturizer as recommended with it. It's active ingredients are still very drying. Happened to me. Lesson learned. But love it!
