Split Collar Tube Clamp (1.5)

Very pleased with these. I have used 4 of them. Two to mount a speaker and two to mount roof supports to hold my spare tire in place. These clamp down very tight and strong on the Can Am Defender roll bars. I welded to all of them and they didn't deform and don't rotate once installed.

People have been whining that the 2" id unit is thinner than the picture, and it is. The picture is probably the 1.5" model. However, it is built well and still stronger than the tube it is bolting to, which is what counts. Quality product at a great price!

Excellent quality and fit. The wall thickness on these is atleast 3/8”. Others are maybe 1/8” or 3/16”.

Worked perfect for the hydro assist on my Jeep.Held onto the tie rod perfectly through several trails in Moab. I like that I can adjust it to compensate for tie rod angles.

I was very disappointed with this clamp, 4 of the 6 Allen bolts stripped out tightening it down, the thread holes on one side were not threaded all the way down the holes, and holes were not centered in half section. This clamp mite work for a light bar but was a total waste of time for a steering ram tie rod clamp. I would not recommend to anyone.

Arrived quickly. Good packaging. Was exactly as described and pictured.

Machined non concentric, nearly 1/8 inch out of round. purchased to save time, will end up spending more time to correct out of round than it would to start from scratch.
