Straps missing. Will be returning

Skates themselves seem decent quality, but straps are totally missing. No instructions or anything. Disappointing. That was the only reason I bought this particular set smh Will be returning if they can't send the straps out separately.

They are so well made but not so easy to use. Not a quick transition for me anyway. But really cool to look at and a new skill to work on.

I love these but they're super hard to learn. I usually catch on to everything when learning something new but these are the one thing that challenged my ass
